Refund/shipping policy

Your order CANNOT be canceled once it is placed, all items will be fulfilled in 1-14 business days. We will not refund your package if it takes the full 14 business days to fulfill. We drop off all packages within 24 hours of your label being created. All diamond painting items and jewelry are insured via usps. 
Shipping- 
  1. Packages will ship within 1-14 business days of your order and may arrive in multiple shipments. All items that ship will have a tracking number via USPS or UPS!  Please allow both carries 3 business days to update tracking, if it has been past 3 business days please contact either us or the carrier to see if the package can be located and placed in transit. 
Returns and exchanges- 
  1.  We are NOT liable for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged please reach out to your local post office for options. 
  2. Custom diamond paintings are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange. The turnaround is 60 business days, but most times will be delivered quicker. These items are shipped to our customers directly from our vendor to speed up shipment time. 
  3.  Please make sure the address on your order is correct before placing the order, all items will ship to the address that is listed. If for some reason a package is sent back to us or a vendor due to the wrong address being used on the order, we will invoice for additional shipping costs. Items sent back are not eligible for a refund if you choose not to pay for additional shipping. 
  4.  If you are missing an item from your order or if there is an issue with an item/s you must email within 72 hours of receiving your order and let us know what item/s are missing or what the issue is with the item/s. Once you pass the 72 hour mark we are unable to resolve any issues if there is something wrong with your item/order. Please remember item/s have a 14 business day turnaround and may ship in multiple packages. If an item is broken please send us an image with your inquiry. 
  5. If there is postage due on your package please text us the slip that was left with your order number and name. We will contact your local carrier for the weight and discrepancy. If we are found to be at fault we will send you the money to pickup the package via cashapp or paypal.
  6. Leggings are not eligible for a refund or exchange, please reference the size chart listed. 
  7. We will replace diamond painting drills up to a year after mark of delivery, we will replace up to 5 colors per every 6 months at no charge. If you need a 6th color within 6 months we will ask that you pay for the shipping charge. Please note this policy is only for drills that were shorted from the vendor, not for drills that were spilled or misplaced.
  8. Jewelry is not eligible for a refund once opened unless there is an issue brought to our attention within the 72 business hour timeframe. 
What to do if a package is missing- 
  1. Please check and make sure your address on the order form is correct, if it is please wait 24-48 hours for your package to show up. Most of the time usps will scan a package as delivered a day or two ahead of time. If there is still no package you will need to contact your local post office and ask for the GPS coordinates of where your package was delivered. A missing mail claim will need to be filed via usps if you cannot find your package.
