Refund/shipping policy

 Your order CANNOT be canceled once it is placed, all items will be fulfilled in 3-7 business days. We will not refund your package if it takes the full 7 business days to fulfill. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 
Customer Service- please use the form on the website. 
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. We are closed weekends and holidays. Please allow 72 business hours for a reply. 
Order processing- 
Orders can take 1-7 business days to process and may be longer during peak shopping times. 
Shipping- 
Packages will ship within 3-7 business days of your order, for ready to ship items.  USPS may take 10 business days to scan and update your package before delivery. International orders may take 1-3 months for delivery. Please note your shipping label may be printed 24 hours before your package is dropped off. Your total time from order date to delivery could be 14-18 business days or longer depending on how delayed USPS is. 
Returns and exchanges- 
We are NOT liable for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged please reach out to your local post office for options. 
 Please make sure the address on your order is correct, if the package is returned to us due to us providing an incorrect address we will ship back at no extra charge, if the address was wrong due to being inputted wrong when ordering we will invoice for a new shipping charge. WE CANNOT RESEND ANY PACKAGE UNTIL IT IS BACK TO HOME OFFICE. 
If you are missing an item from your order or if there is an issue with an item you must email within 72 hours of receiving your order and let us know what items are missing. Once you pass the 72 hour mark we are unable to resolve any issues if there is something wrong with your item/order. 
Missing drills from diamond paintings need to be emailed about within 30 days of delivery. 
We will not refund orders that are running late via USPS. Please keep an eye on your tracking information. 
Leggings, clothing and accessories that have been opened are not eligible for a return or refund or exchange, we will process a refund once the item is sent back to us in brand new condition with a 15% restocking fee deduction. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item back, if the item is not in new condition we can refuse to refund. We will not refund shipment costs for the item item be sent back to us. If an exchange is requested the item needs to be unopened and it will need to be sent back to us before we ship another like item out. The like item has to be of the same value and shipment paid by the customer. 
Jewelry is not eligible for refund, return or exchange. We will list all metals used for the item, if you are allergic please do not order. Please do note that certain body chemistries, prolonged use of oils/soaps/lotions can tarnish the Jewelry. When you are using these things we suggest you remove the jewelry. 
Nail wraps are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange. 
CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND 
What to do if a package is missing- 
Please check and make sure your address on the order form is correct, if it is please wait 24-48 hours for your package to show up. Most of the time usps will scan a package as delivered a day or two ahead of time. If there is still no package you will need to contact your local post office and ask for the GPS coordinates of where your package was delivered. A missing mail claim will need to be filed via usps if you cannot find your package.
